What to Expect In Person
Book your visit
Appointments are scheduled through our front office or online request system, and you are matched with an appropriate provider.
Prepare for your appointment
You will receive a confirmation letter via text and email. This letter will include: location, time of appointment, and any additional forms or consents.
Check in
Our care coordinators will greet you at our patient-centered office space. They ensure forms are completed and collect your vital signs. If this is your first visit a urine drug screen will be requested as part of routine intake and safety monitoring.
Meet with your provider
Your clinician completes the evaluation or follow-up, reviews symptoms, discusses medications or therapy, and updates the treatment plan as needed.
Continue care
Follow-up visits are scheduled at appropriate intervals, which may be telehealth-only or a mix of telehealth and in-person visits.
